AUREA AgroSciences (Siret: 39196792400039 – the company’s headquarters) operates a business selling agro-environmental analysis equipment under the brand name and the “Farm Store”brand.
These terms and conditions of sale (the “CGV”) are between Farm Store and any non-commercial individual wishing to make a purchase via the Website. These GVCs govern the sale of all products presented on the Website (hereinafter “Products”). If a condition were to fail, it would be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the remote sales sector of which the companies are based in France.
Farm Store reserves every right to change the CGV at any time. However, these new GVCs will not apply to transactions in progress at the time they come into effect.
The shipment of the Products (or the provision of services related to the Products) can only be carried out territorially in metropolitan France and Corsica (see Article 5 for delivery to another region).

Any order is worth accepting the prices and description of the products available for sale. The items sold are described and presented with the utmost accuracy. If, despite all our precautions, minimal errors were to occur, we could not be hired for this fact under any circumstances. Any dispute on this point will take place in the context of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned in Article 7 (the return costs will then be borne by Farm Store). On the other hand, we may, because of our suppliers, have to deliver to you an item whose composition is slightly different from that described but in any case of quality equal to or greater than the ordered item. If this delivered item does not suit you, you of course also benefit from the legal guarantee of compliance. Our product offerings are valid within the limit of available stocks.
The prices of our products are shown in euros all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of order), unless otherwise stated and excluding processing and shipping costs. In case of order to a country other than metropolitan France you are the importer of the product or products concerned. Tariffs or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of the Farm Store company. They will be your responsibility and your full responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and agencies in your country. We advise you to find out about these aspects with your local authorities.
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.
Farm Store reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be charged on the basis of the current rate at the time of the order’s validation and subject to availability. The products remain the property of the Farm Store until the full payment of the price.
Warning: as soon as you physically take possession of the products ordered, the risks of loss or damage to the products are transferred to you.
3.1 Prior Customer Identification
To place an order, you need to identify yourself with your email address or customer number and password.
For any first order, you will need to follow an account creation procedure listed on the website. Customer number is personal.
3.2 Recording and validating the order

Once you’ve chosen all the products you want to order, you’ll need to choose the address and delivery mode, and finally validate the payment method. This last step will formalize the sales contract between farm store and you. The validation of the order is worth express acceptance of the CGV.
As soon as your order is validated, it will be forwarded to our logistics services for processing. You will receive an automatic acknowledgement email within the hour. In some cases, such as default, incorrect address or other problem on your account, Farm Store reserves the right to block your order until the problem is resolved.
You can also print a summary of the order directly on the website.
If a product is unavailable, the User will be notified by email. The cancellation of the order for this Product and its possible refund (only products available at the time of the order can be taken, as opposed to deferred products), will then be made, the rest of the order remaining firm and definitive.

Validating your order means that you have to pay the price.
Payment for an online order with delivery in metropolitan France and Corsica is made during the order, by means:
- Credit card: To pay for your order by Bank Card. Click “Pay by credit card” from the order page, you will be automatically directed to the secure payment page of our bank. You can also choose to pay for your order twice at no cost. Once the payment is validated, you will be automatically redirected to your customer space.
- With PAYPAL: By choosing payment via PayPal, you will automatically be directed to your PayPal account. Once the Paypal payment is validated, you will be automatically redirected to the website. To pay for your order by Bank Card without opening a Paypal account. Check “Pay with Paypal” from the order page, you will automatically be directed to a secure PayPal payment page. Choose the “I don’t have a Paypal account” option and then enter your card details. Once the Paypal payment is validated, you will be automatically redirected to the website.
- Bank Check: Send your cheque to Auréa at AUREA AgroSciences ZI Chef de Baie 1 champlain Street 17074 LA ROCHELLE Cedex 9, accompanied by your order number. The products are shipped after cashing the cheque. The delivery time may therefore vary depending on bank delays.
- By Bank Transfer: Transfer the total amount of your order to the account En FR (BIC) (Account Holder). Specify the order number in wording. The products are shipped after the payment is collected. The delivery time may therefore vary depending on bank delays.
Delivery by chronopost, colissimo or carrier will be made anywhere in metropolitan France (quote on simple request for international shipment).
For each order, you are asked for a lump sum contribution to the processing costs of the order (port, packaging, parcel preparation) which is communicated to you in the “Panier” stage when you place your order.
For unassembled delivered items, the assembly remains the responsibility of the buyer. The latter puts the equipment into service himself by complying with the commissioning instructions included in the instructions.
The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the time specified on the order validation page.
In the event of a delay in shipping, an email will be sent to inform you of any consequence on the delivery time that has been indicated to you.
In accordance with the legal provisions, in the event of a delay in delivery, you have the option to cancel the order under the terms and conditions set out in Article L 138-2 of the Consumer Code. In the meantime, if you receive the product, we will reimburse it and the shipping costs under the terms of Article L 138-3 of the Consumer Code.
In the case of deliveries by a carrier, The Farm Store company cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery due exclusively to customer unavailability after several appointment proposals.
The right to withdraw
The goods must be returned to us in their original packaging and in perfect condition to allow them to be marketed in new condition. You have the right to open the packaging and try the products delivered as long as it does not make the goods unsuitable for its marketing.
According to Article L121-17 of the Consumer Code, we inform the consumer of the possibility of having his liability incurred in the event of a depreciation of the property resulting from excessive manipulation on his part. Your responsibility is only for the depreciation of the property resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the property.
You have 15 days from the receipt of the last parcel of your order to notify us of your request for retraction by returning us by free mail or email.
You have an additional 15 days from the time the return notification is sent (i.e. 30 days from the receipt of the last item of your order), to return to us a product of your order.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Farm Store company will refund the amounts paid within 14 days of notification of your application.
EXCEPTIONS TO RETRACT RIGHT
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
The provision of services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period, which began after the consumer’s express prior agreement and expressly waived the right to withdraw.
The provision of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the control of the professional and which may occur during the withdrawal period.
The supply of goods made to consumer specifications or clearly customized.
The supply of goods that could deteriorate or quickly expire.
The supply of goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
The supply of goods which, after being delivered and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;
The supply of alcoholic beverages whose delivery is deferred beyond thirty days and whose value agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations in the market beyond the control of the professional.
The provision of audio or video recordings or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery.
The provision of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for subscription contracts to these publications.
Transactions made at a public auction.
The provision of digital content not provided on a material medium whose execution began after the consumer’s express prior consent and expressly waive disentraction.
In the event of a breakdown during the 1-year warranty, Farm Store pays all the shipping costs necessary to repair the product in Metropolitan France.
Outside of Metropolitan France, the surcharges generated by the shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
After-sales service is provided in France in our workshops.

For all purchases, you benefit from the legal guarantee of compliance (articles L211-1 and following the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code), allowing customers to return the Products delivered defective or non-compliant.
Legal compliance guarantee: When you act as a legal guarantee of compliance, you:
- Can choose between repairing or replacing the product, subject to the cost conditions of Section L. 211-9 of the Consumer Code;
- The product is exempt from reporting proof of the Product’s non-compliance within six months of the product being issued.
Guarantee of hidden defects: You may decide to implement the hidden defect stake in the thing sold within the meaning of Article 1641 of the Civil Code. In this case, you can choose between the resolution of the sale or a reduction in the sale price in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code.
Legal compliance guarantee:
Article L211-4 consumer code
The seller is required to deliver a property in accordance with the contract and is liable for compliance defects that exist at the time of issuance. It also responds to non-compliance resulting from packaging, assembly instructions or installation when it has been paid for by the contract or has been carried out under its responsibility.

To comply with the contract, the property must:

(2) Or present the characteristics defined by the parties by mutual agreement or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the knowledge of the seller and which the seller has accepted.
Guarantee of hidden defects:

The seller is bound by the warranty because of the hidden defects of the thing sold that make it unsuitable for the purpose to which it is intended, or which so diminish that use, that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have given only a lower price, if he had Known.
The Farm Store reserves the right to collect personal information and personal data about you. They are necessary to manage your order, as well as to improve the services and information we send you.
They can also be passed on to companies that contribute to these relationships, such as those responsible for executing services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment.
This information and data is also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
In accordance with the law of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, correct and oppose personal information and personal data about you, directly on the website.
All elements of the site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the Farm Store company. No one is allowed to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use in any capacity, even partially, elements of the site, whether they are software, visual or sound. Any simple or hyperlink is strictly prohibited without an express written agreement from the Farm Store
In the event that one of the clauses of the GVCs is null and void by a change in legislation, regulation or a court decision, this cannot in any way affect the validity and compliance of these GVCs.
The products on offer comply with current French legislation. Farm Store cannot be held liable for non-compliance with the laws of the country where the product is delivered. It is up to you to check with the local authorities for the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you are planning to order.
Furthermore, Farm Store cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the misuse of the purchased product.
Finally, Farm Store cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, including a service disruption, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
Farm Store will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium that is a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code.
Farm Store’s computerized records will be considered by all parties involved as evidence of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.
Law applicable in case of disputes
The Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
Farm Store adheres to the FEVAD Code of Ethics (Federation of e-commerce and distance sales) and the e-commerce mediation system.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing that, any legal action will be brought before the competent courts of the defendant’s place of residence. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will be the only ones competent.
